This year the Festival MITO SettembreMusica - now at its XI Edition - has again asked the Piccolo Teatro to host part of the programme.
Five concerts at the Teatro Studio Melato and the Piccolo Teatro Grassi, renewing the traditional collaboration between the two institutions, in a mix of languages which belong to the Piccolo.
The events are developed around the theme chosen for this year by the Festival: Nature.

The MITO SettembreMusica Festival 2017 takes place over 19 days, this year from 3 to 21 September, during which time the cities of Milan and Turin are invaded by 140 concerts. All of classical music. All completely original, constructed on a theme which changes every year. Some events will take place in the most traditional of venues (the Teatro alla Scala, the Teatro Regio, the Conservatories, the Piccolo Teatro), others in less usual spaces, and some in the two main squares (Piazza del Duomo and Piazza San Carlo), where MITO open singing will also take place and thousands of people will sing in chorus.
