The Gift Card allows you to use the credit available to purchase tickets or subscriptions for the entire period of validity.

Keep the code provided in the PDF that you received to use the credit on the Gift Card.
Once you have chosen the product you would like to purchase, enter the code in the “Gift Card” field and use the credit as a method of payment.
If the value of the Gift Card is higher than the cost of the purchase, you will find the remaining credit in your Personal Area; for each additional purchase, you will be required to enter the Gift Card code.
If the value of the Gift Card is lower than the cost of the purchase, you may pay for the difference with another method of payment.
Multiple Gift Cards can be used to purchase one or more tickets or subscriptions. 
Gift Card credit cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.

Tickets purchased with a Gift Card are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale*; tickets and subscriptions at reduced prices for the under-26/over-65 can be purchased with the use of a Gift Card on presentation of a valid identity document at the moment of purchase. Access to the auditorium with reduced-price tickets is subject to verification by the theatre personnel.

Unused Gift Cards or any credit remaining up to the expiry date cannot be refunded. In the event of loss of the Gift Card code, please visit the Teatro Strehler box office or contact the box office line.

IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION
In the event of cancellation of a performance purchased with a Gift Card:

• Tickets: if you have purchased one or more tickets either online or via the box office line using solely the credit available on the Gift Card, we will cancel the ticket and refund you by creating a new Gift Card for the value of the credit used. 
If you have purchased one or more tickets online or via the box office line using credit from the Gift Card together with another method of payment, we will cancel the ticket and refund you via the credit card used. You will receive an email confirming that the operation has been completed. 
If you have purchased one or more tickets via the Teatro Strehler box office, you will have to return the ticket for the cancelled performance to the box office, where you can request a refund in accordance with the cases shown above.

• Subscriptions: if you have purchased a subscription via Gift Card and have used one or more vouchers, we will automatically credit the vouchers to your profile.

*Purchased tickets cannot be cancelled or substituted or be used for dates or times which differ from those indicated. Access to the theatre is not permitted without a valid ticket or once the performance has begun.
