The Scatola Magica at the Teatro Strehler this time becomes Wonderland where, together with young audiences, Alice suddenly finds herself.
And together with the audience, at times thanks to their very help and suggestions, Alice will face the adventures, encounters and paradoxes of a world where the laws of physics do not apply, you can fall forever while staying still, you can try potions and magic mushrooms which lead to strange transformations, and you can discover puns and question all pre-defined rules. Together with the audience, Alice will experience an incredible theatrical dream, playful and emotional, full of surprising images in continuous transformation. Lucia Marinsalta is an inquisitive and very determined Alice, while Lorenzo Demaria narrates the story in the role of the White Rabbit, but - quickly transforming - will lend his voice from time to time to other characters: the caterpillar, the Mad Hatter, the Cheshire Cat. The scenic environment created by Linda Riccardi places the children at the centre of the story, surrounded by the colourful backdrops and silhouettes by Ester Castelnuovo, which multiply places and characters, duplicating and blending with the figures and shadows of the actors, bringing life to that fertile confusion between reality and fantasy, dreams and wakefulness, childhood and the adult world which is the beating heart of the story.
