MiX Festival Internazionale di Cinema LGBTQ+ e Cultura Queer, the most important and popular Italian Festival dedicated to the best of national and international LGBTQ+ cinema, as well as one of the most significant in Europe, is holding its 39th season from 18 to 21 September.
The 39th edition takes place at Teatro Strehler with a rich programme of cinematographic, cultural and theatrical events, under the new artistic direction of Lara Vespari and Federico Manzionna, and the banner of the new claim #ACTION!
At their core, the three sections dedicated to Feature Films, Documentaries and Short Films, which bring to the competition works of great quality from all over the world, with many titles in world premiere, for an ever more in-depth look at queer identities and their narratives.
